天涯社区

On November 25, 2019, 天涯社区 and United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), concluded an academic cooperation agreement to promote staff and student exchange and joint research between the two universities.

President Chiharu Kubo and Prof. Ahmed Ali Murad, Dean of the College of Science at UAEU, attended the signing ceremony at 天涯社区’s Ito Campus, marking the first partnership for 天涯社区 with a university in the UAE.

天涯社区 is currently promoting a new national project, Study in Japan Global Network Project in Middle East and North Africa, which aims to increase the number of international students from MENA regions. The partnership with UAEU will help 天涯社区 to further advance the project in the UAE in the future.
